What is this special parking spot all about? - low emission vehicles
The other day I was in our new public library and the nearest of the 3 parking spaces for "fuel efficient and low emission vehicles. So I have my own reserved parking 3 / 4 Ton, Suburban 4WD there. What makes this shit?
